PRODUCTION PROCESS

With over 40 years experience in the coconut industry, our company guarantees 100% product satisfaction. Our Cold Pressed Coconut Oil does not use high heat, solvent extracts, enzymes, or chemicals. It is made the "old way", pure and natural.

For some time, coconut oil has been made only through cooking the coconut milk until the coconut oil is produced. Today, however, clear fine pure Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is extracted without heat, using a cold press process.  
 
 
 

There are four(4) known types of oil cold process extraction:

    • By CENTRIFUGE. Uses a centrifuge machine with NO HEAT atall, producing only the purest and freshest Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
    • By EXPELLER. Uses an expeller to extract oil from fresh dried coconut meat with CONTROLLED HEAT below 80O. Clear and all natural
    • By ENZYME. Uses active micro-organisms or fermentation to separate the oil & liquid overnight.
    • By The traditional way. Uses ordinary household burners to cook coconut milk producing oil within 80O or it looses the natural vitamins and minerals. Usually murky, yellow and burnt.
