ISO-Shadow
ISO-Shadow is an insulating glass with a lamellae blind installed in the space between the panes. Its functions are shadowing and sight shield or sun, light and transparency according to the specific requirements. The technique of the lamellae blind includes lifting and lowering as well as turning the lamellas. The space the panes is 27 mm or 32 mm, depending on the sort of glass used and/or on the physical values required. With ISO-Shadow only upright glazing is possible.
Advantages
- Efficient heat or sun protection in summer, use of solar gains in winter. Built in the insulating glass, ISO-Shadow can be utilised in any weather conditions, ISO-Shadow is maintenance-free and always clean.
- Contrary to outside sunshades, where the weather (wind, pollution) may cause damages and malfunctions, ISO-Shadow guarantees constantly good performance.
Drive of the lamellae blind
- ISO-Shadow is operated with a high-quality, maintenance-free 24 V DC-motor.

Operating facilities
- Single or group controls, infrared (remote) controls, temperature or sun light monitor control, time switch and BUS systems. There is a variety of controls and combinations which can be supplied and installed by FENSTER on request.
Colour palette of the lamellae blind
- In addition to seven standard colours, almost all RAL colours are available on special request.
Special combinations and fields of application
- Glass combinations with heat and sun protection as well as storefront glasses are possible, just as screen printed and sandblasted glasses. Further fields of application: Sound reduction, security and aggression protection, fire protection class EI 30, laser and X-rays protection. Model panes (special shapes) are available on request.
Range of use, ways of installation
- ISO-Shadow can be installed in nearly every window and facade system etc.: windows, doors, separating walls and post-center constructions in aluminium, steel, wood, wood-aluminium and plastics.

ISO-Roll
ISO-Roll is an insulating glass with a foil roller blind installed in the space between the panes. The foils are metal coated between polyester films and reflect both direct and diffuse energy irradiation to the outside. The total energy transmission rate (g-value) is reduced to 9%. The roller blind can be moved up and down and stops in every position. Depending on the foil type, ISO-Roll remains transparent in its closed state. Undesirable reflections on workstation computer screens are virtually eliminated. The space between the panes is 24 mm. The glazing with ISO-Roll is possible in vertical as well as in roof areas. In vertical glazing a pleated foil is used to make a more attractive optical image.

Built in the insulating glass, ISO-Roll can be utilised in any weather conditions, ISO-Roll is maintenance-free and always clean. Contrary to outside sunshades, where the weather (wind, pollution) may cause damages and malfunctions, ISO-Roll guarantees constantly good performance.

Palette of the foils
- The foils are available in a transparent or non-transparent design. Colours: silver-silver or silver-anthracite.
Running direction, special shapes, combinations and fields of application
- The running direction of ISO-Roll (closing/opening of the foil) is freely selectable, from the bottom up or top down. With ISO-Roll plus?, direction of closing from the bottom up, in its vertical version the sight and glare shield can be adjusted exactly; simultaneously and in an optimum way the daylight can be used.
