A Brief History. Originally developed in 1979, TEOMORA VILLAGE is the largest residential subdivision in San Pablo City, in the southern tagalog province of Laguna, Philippines—covering a total area of 47-hectares of fertile land. The name “TEOMORA” is derived from two family names combined—Teotico and Mortera. A coconut plantation for many decades (up until the late 70´s), TEOMORA VILLAGE today has become a fully-developed private residential community composed of 1,500 residential lots divided into five (5) phases. Phases 1, 2 and 3 are all sold-out. Now available and actively selling is Phase 4 (which is 60% sold). Phase 5 (approx. 5-hectares) is reserved for future commercial development.

Corporate Philosophy. Real Estate developer Dr. Luis D. Dizon (who co-founded the company that boasts of 25 years experience in real estate development, 20 years experience in property management and 15 years experience in residential-housing construction) began with “a deep commitment to serve the Filipino community by providing affordable housing”.
