A Brief History. Originally developed in 1979, TEOMORA VILLAGE is the largest residential subdivision in San Pablo City, in the southern tagalog province of Laguna, Philippines—covering a total area of 47-hectares of fertile land. The name “TEOMORA” is derived from two family names combined—Teotico and Mortera. A coconut plantation for many decades (up until the late 70´s), TEOMORA VILLAGE today has become a fully-developed private residential community composed of 1,500 residential lots divided into five (5) phases. Phases 1, 2 and 3 are all sold-out. Now available and actively selling is Phase 4 (which is 60% sold). Phase 5 (approx. 5-hectares) is reserved for future commercial development.

Corporate Philosophy. Real Estate developer Dr. Luis D. Dizon (who co-founded the company that boasts of 25 years experience in real estate development, 20 years experience in property management and 15 years experience in residential-housing construction) began with “a deep commitment to serve the Filipino community by providing affordable housing”. Dr. Dizon believes that “it is essential for every hardworking Filipino to own a home”.

TEOMORA a Brand Name. TEOMORA VILLAGE is popularly known for its residential community and for providing Top-Quality Homes to every Filipino who dreams of owning one. Celebrating its 25th year Anniversary in 2004, the word “TEOMORA” has become a trademark in “Quality Living” among the San Pableños. When making good investment decisions (such as being a proud homeowner in TEOMORA VILLAGE), people expect “only the best”.

An Old Spanish Town. While customers expect product quality at TEOMORA VILLAGE, equally important is the Location. Also known as “the City of Seven (7) Lakes,” San Pablo City is home to TEOMORA VILLAGE. Once a historic Spanish town founded in 1678, San Pablo City undoubtedly reflects the old Spanish influence—as witnessed in the classic Cathedral and the tall Monument of Dr. Jose P. Rizal located along Rizal Avenue.

A Pollution-Free Environment. San Pablo City also offers nature-lovers the most popular and picturesque Lake Sampaloc and scenic Mount Banahaw. And for those who want to get their feet wet and jump into the water, there are Villa Escudero, Hidden Valley Springs and Bato Springs as recreational family resorts.

A Modern City. San Pablo City is not only rich in its old history but is also considered “modern”. The city proudly offers two (2) Town Centers: The Shopping Mall and Ultimart. While the most favorite fast-food chains in the country like Jolibee, McDonald´s and Chow-King are available, fine-dining facilities like Max´s Restaurant are also offered. Schools (at all levels of education), Financial Institutions (BPI, Metro Bank, etc.), Hospitals and Places of worship all form part of the modern San Pablo City, while maintaining its deep-rooted Spanish heritage.
