If you are interested with the products and services of TEOMORA Village, do fill up the Application Form. Remember to include, at least, TWO (2) CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS (Landline and/or Mobile) on the Application form so we can inform you immediately once your Application has been officially accepted.

If you are ready to reserve a specific property, fill up the application and reservation forms, the latter either for TEOMORA VILLAGE Dreamlots or for TEOMORA VILLAGE House and Lot packages. Please read the Terms & Conditions of TEOMORA Village Online Reservation Agreement, and please make sure that you fill-up the required information on the Reservation Form, before submitting the information electronically (i.e. through the "I Agree" button therein).

Notes

1. Please note that you must be a Filipino Citizen (or a dual Citizen, having another Foreign Citizenship) to qualify as a Buyer for TEOMORA Village property. For Foreigners, you must be married (currently) with a Filipino/Filipina of origin who shall be the Applicant qualified to own land properties in the Philippines under Philippine law.
    
   
2. As soon as we receive your documents, we will notify you by Phone, E-mail, Fax, or Ordinary Mail as to further instructions on your Application and/or Reservation.
    
   
3. Do NOT send any payments to any person representing TEOMORA VILLAGE. Payments are made ONLY BY THE BUYER DIRECTLY to our accredited bank (Bank of the Philippine Islands, BPI) or accredited remittance centers overseas.
